Founded in 2009 as a two-person business, we created an interdisciplinary network of professionals that unites over 50 management consultants and supplier auditors who can effectively collaborate to successfully deliver large and complex projects.
Mission and Values
Our mission is to provide customers with tailored solutions that can address complex business problems. Our areas of expertise are supplier qualification, supplier management, product and management system certification, and international tax compliance. We value long-lasting partnerships and repeat business with our customers and see mutual trust as our guiding principle on which all of our activity rests.

To mark our 12th anniversary,

we created a timeline that tells our story:

  • 2009
    Crisis Creates Opportunity
    Two quality consultants founded a company to provide ISO 9001 consultancy services to Oil&Gas customers in the Caspian Region
  • 2012
    Expansion
    Office in Baku, Azerbaijan starts providing supplier qualification and management system implementation services to customers in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, UAE, and Russia.
  • 2015
    Entering North America market
    The founders initiate a process to transition management and ownership to a new generation of leaders with offices in Baku, Azerbaijan, and Minneapolis, USA. Expanding further, we establish services for the oil&gas, chemical, mineral industries, and public sector.
  • 2018
    Expanding services in food & agriculture
    RMSET services helped customers in the US, West Africa, Russia, and Azerbaijan, to successfully complete the supplier qualification process meeting stringent requirements imposed by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Codex Alimentarius, Walmart’s Standards for Suppliers, X5 Retail Group code of conduct, GAP/GMP and FSSC 22000.
  • 2021
    We evolved our structure to align with customer demand in the post-COVID world
    Using subcontracting, automation, and digitalization, RMSET further expanded its network of experts and geographical presence successfully completing projects in Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Cameroon, Trinidad & Tobago, and Brazil.

What we do

Audit and Assurance
Our team is very experienced in carrying out multi-site audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements or international standards. We can carry out gap assessments, internal audits, supplier audits, certification audits, regulatory compliance inspections, and benchmarking.
Our audits can help identify inefficiencies in PSCM (procurement & supply chain management), logistics, and supplier management strategies
Immigration & Tax
Our relocation experts can help our customers identify tax optimization strategies, understand the implications of offshore and onshore jurisdictions, provide complex capital and cash flow management solutions, and help business owners navigate complex issues associated with EU and US immigration and tax law.
Import / Export Activities and Supplier Location
With a vast network of product and management system auditors in 25+ countries, we have unique opportunities to access decision-makers and procurement leaders in organizations maintaining ISO certification or using ISO 17025 accredited laboratories for product certification. Our advantage is our ability to communicate directly with production facilities and decision-makers within.
Training
We can provide IRCA and Exemplar Global accredited and non-accredited auditor training based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000 standards.
